Look for a folder named something like PJ_CC22+BR_CC32 (or similar variation) inside the extracted files. Copy this entire folder into the extensions directory from Step 2.
Open the manager and select your version of Adobe Photoshop. RA-Beauty-Retouch-Panel-3.3-Win.rar
Navigate to the following directory on your Windows PC: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\ (Note: If the CEP or extensions folders do not exist, create them manually with exact spelling). Look for a folder named something like PJ_CC22+BR_CC32
