Not receiving the text message with your six‑digit code is a frequent frustration. The cause is often easy to resolve:

Select your profile and choose your preferred verification method (App, SMS, or Security Key). On Mobile (iOS & Android App) Tap the icon. Scroll down and select Settings & Privacy > Settings .
