Open directories are rarely secure. Malicious actors frequently disguise trojans, ransomware, or spyware as popular movie files (e.g., naming a harmful executable file Sanam_Teri_Kasam_Full_Movie.mp4.exe ).

While accessing an open server directory may look like a shortcut, it exposes your device to major security threats.
