Standard Windows 7 SP1 media is outdated. Installing it on a modern PC requires manual injection of USB 3.0 drivers and NVMe storage drivers, or the installation process will fail (keyboard/mouse won't work, or the drive won't be detected). The "Adguard" methodology involves using the Microsoft DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) tool to inject these drivers and the cumulative updates directly into the install.wim file before installation.
