Try a different USB port on your PC (preferably a USB 2.0 port) and ensure the firmware file is not corrupted. select Import Image
Click on in the top menu, select Import Image , and choose the downloaded RealUnix Pro .img file . Wait for the tool to verify and fully load the image file. Step 2: Connect the HG680P to Your PC
