CCBoot uses a shorthand notation to indicate which drive contains the boot image — for instance, “C.” means the boot image is stored on the C drive, while “D.” means it is stored on the D drive.

Assign plenty of RAM cache to your Image Drive within the CCBoot server settings. If the server can read the image data directly from its system RAM instead of physical SSDs, client boot times will drop significantly.
