Click the “Initialization” button. The program will send a command to reset both counters to zero. You will see a confirmation message. Close the software. Turn the printer off using its power button, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on normally. The error light should be gone.

When your printer cleans its heads or prints borderless photos, excess ink is collected in small pads at the bottom of the machine. The printer keeps a virtual count of this ink.
