Perverted education uses public humiliation, ridicule, and degradation (e.g., "dunce caps," forced apologies, writing lines, or, in extreme cases, physical punishment) for minor infractions or simple failure to understand. The message is not "you can learn," but "you are inherently wrong." This produces compliance through fear, not competence through effort.
