Check the box next to Main Pad Counter and click the Check button. The software will query the printer and display how many points have accumulated. If it reads 100%, your printer is locked.

To the user, the printer appears broken. In reality, it is a software lock designed to drive users to an authorized service center for a paid pad replacement.
