If you already have the game installed, you do not need to download the file separately. You can find it in your installation directory: : .../FIFA 17/FIFASetup/fifaconfig.exe fifa 17 config.exe download

Go to your main installation folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 17 ). Open the folder. Look for fifaconfig.exe . fifa 17 config.exe download
